Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Use on well-cleansed skin. Remember, too, that a
once-a-week use of Reviva Light Skin Peel is an important cleansing
supplement and will aid absorption of ampules. Shake vial before use.
Break off top with tissue wrapped around neck of ampule. Pour into
palm and pat or massage lightly onto face and throat. Use for seven
consecutive nights. A single ampule is generally used over two nights —
just put foil on end of ampule and refrigerate.

I then wash it out the next morning. My hair has never looked better and it is very damaged. I also do periodic heat treatments on my hair with it. I love this product. It really works. It does take some getting used to. When you use it, make sure when you bend at the waist you keep your head as parallel to the floor as possible. Although it is tempting, try not to look at yourself in the mirror as you use it. After you get the hang of it, then you can take a look in the mirror. So- when you bend at the waist, keep your head as parallel to the floor as possible, slightly turn your head to the side, put Neti Pot to your nostril, and pour. For the first moment, it does feel like water is going up your nose (not pleasant), but if you pour the water quickly this feeling is minimized. Once the water starts running out the other nostril, it feels ok, even pleasant. Believe me, the benefits outweigh the initial discomfort of getting used to the Neti Pot. Your nasal passages will feel really clean and if you have a scratchy throat from too much mucus, the Neti Pot will take care of this. At least, for me it did. I like using it at least once a week, if I had the time I would use it more. I make my own saline solution using 1 teaspoon kosher salt to 2 cups warm water, and it seems fine. (I do not have chronic nasal allergies, I get a seasonal allergy every so often, and sometimes I react to excessive dust or pollen.)

This is my first time taking a prenatal vitamin, so I have nothing to compare my experience to...but I have to say that I love these vitamins! I spent a lot of time reading reviews for different brands/types of prenatal vitamins, before deciding on these. I love the fact that they're all natural, & made from actual food/plants rather than synthetics. And I love the fact that they haven't added any unnecessary dyes, or artificial ingredients, etc. From my research, this prenatal vitamin seems to have just about all of the nutrients that you'll need to have: before, during, and after pregnancy, (while breast feeding). Except that you'll have to get extra Calcium from another source, and if you really want to play it safe you can always increase your iron intake...but these are minor details. I think that the price is great...even if they are a little more expensive than some of the other prenatal vitamins, they are worth it for the quality, & can you really put a price on having a healthy baby? :) I have been taking these vitamins for a month now, and I haven't suffered from ANY side-effects, at all. Nor have I noticed an after-taste, or any other kind of adverse side effect. They haven't given me heartburn. And they don't cause me to feel sick, or nauseous...which I was worried about, since a lot of women complain that prenatal vitamins *in general* make them feel nauseous. But I haven't had any problems, what-so-ever. And these vitamins contain natural ingredients that will actually help with your morning sickness...so that's a bonus! :) They are a little on the large side, but with all of the healthy nutrients packed into them, I don't really see that as being a bad thing! Plus, as far as I can tell...most prenatal vitamins are large, unless you're taking multiple smaller doses each day. If that's what you're looking for...Rainbow Light has another prenatal vitamin that you can take 6 times a day, & they are smaller. But I haven't had any trouble swallowing these. Some people have mentioned that they have an easier time taking them with Orange Juice, but I haven't had a problem taking them, with whatever I happen to be drinking at the time. And I've taken them with & without food, so that hasn't been an issue either...they don't make me feel sick, either way. They also don't prevent me from sleeping, & the bottom line is that I would highly recommend these, since they have made the whole experience a positive one for me! On a side note, my husband has been taking the Men's One a Day multi-vitamins, also by Rainbow Light, ever since we decided to conceive...since they promote a healthy reproductive system in men. They're a lot smaller than the prenatal vitamins, obviously...& he also hasn't suffered from any side effects. So I would recommend those as well, for those of you who are planning on conceiving anytime in the near future!

This stuff makes my hair nice and soft and shiny all over. The ends are as soft as the rest and don't look frizzy like they used to, but it has been years so the bad stuff has been chopped off and the new ends have remained healthy. I often get compliments on how shiny my hair is and I don't use any other styling products on my hair. The fragrance is very nice and natural, but also very faint. I don't smell it on myself at all, but I have received nice comments from people when I am hugged. It is a little thick, but not too much and it washes out easily. Plus, all the ingredients are safe and you can leave it on your hair over night for an intense conditioning (as directed on the bottle). I've only done this a few times, then wrapped my hair with plastic wrap and wore a beanie to bed. It still washes out easily and hair feels amazing. Again, I've been using this stuff for a long time and I don't remember if I saw results the first time I used it, but I have given bottles away to several people as gifts and everyone said they loved the stuff. While I think the actual conditioner is good stuff, I really don't like the bottle. It's rectangular which makes it a little difficult to squeeze out the last bits of conditioner out of the corners, but the bottle is semi-transparent so you can at least see what you're missing. I usually have to pop the top off and smack the bottle to get the stuff out or add water if I'm in a hurry. Giovanni needs to take some bottling tips from Heinz. I have tried the other Giovanni conditioners 50/50, Tea Tree, Smooth as Silk, Golden Wheat, and the magnetic one, but none worked to magically for me like this one. (I use this conditioner after shampooing with Giovanni's 50/50 or Tea Tree shampoos or I sometimes use a Avalon Biotin shampoo, but it seems to work great with any shampoo.)

Most people don't know that Vitamin C actually breaks down the second it comes into contact with oxygen. Since this is not an air tight bottle any Vitamin C that is in it will not be active and will not give the benefits. However this is true of all topical products with Vitamin C in it.

I use the entire collection of Avalon's Vitamin C stuff and this is one of the products I will not go without. It is great to use after cleansing and leaves my skin feeling fresh. It has a great orange/citrus scent that is not at all perfumey or fake. It is also a great deal compared to what I have paid in the past for toners that are not nearly as good at removing the last layer of dirt and brightening up my complexion. To boot, I have dry skin and this stuff has never ever left my skin feeling taught or tight. Perfect stuff!
