I had a freind bring me home a bottle from Tahiti this year and this stuff is amazing. Put a few drops in your bath to soften your skin, use it as a tanning oil. The Tahitian women are known for their beautiful hair and skin and this is why. It doesn't take much either. I rub some into my hair, which is very long and braid it before going to bed. I then wash it out the next morning. My hair has never looked better and it is very damaged. I also do periodic heat treatments on my hair with it. Amazon has the best prices I have found for the product after doing extensive searches on the internet for simular products. There are a variety of products and fragances, bar soap, shampoo, etc. Try it , You'll love it.

This soap smells yummy, leaves your body very clean and moisturized. I don't need to use lotion after showering with this soap. It's good for both your body and your face, I sometimes skip my facial moisturizer when I cleanse my face with this. Also the scent isn't too girly, it's refreshing.

I highly recommend this product as your everyday shampoo, face wash, and/or body wash. It is natural and gentle to your skin and hair. I love this product. It really works. It does take some getting used to. When you use it, make sure when you bend at the waist you keep your head as parallel to the floor as possible. Although it is tempting, try not to look at yourself in the mirror as you use it. After you get the hang of it, then you can take a look in the mirror. So- when you bend at the waist, keep your head as parallel to the floor as possible, slightly turn your head to the side, put Neti Pot to your nostril, and pour. For the first moment, it does feel like water is going up your nose (not pleasant), but if you pour the water quickly this feeling is minimized. Once the water starts running out the other nostril, it feels ok, even pleasant. Believe me, the benefits outweigh the initial discomfort of getting used to the Neti Pot. Your nasal passages will feel really clean and if you have a scratchy throat from too much mucus, the Neti Pot will take care of this. At least, for me it did. I like using it at least once a week, if I had the time I would use it more. I make my own saline solution using 1 teaspoon kosher salt to 2 cups warm water, and it seems fine. (I do not have chronic nasal allergies, I get a seasonal allergy every so often, and sometimes I react to excessive dust or pollen.)

This is my first time taking a prenatal vitamin, so I have nothing to compare my experience to...but I have to say that I love these vitamins! I spent a lot of time reading reviews for different brands/types of prenatal vitamins, before deciding on these. I love the fact that they're all natural, & made from actual food/plants rather than synthetics. And I love the fact that they haven't added any unnecessary dyes, or artificial ingredients, etc. From my research, this prenatal vitamin seems to have just about all of the nutrients that you'll need to have: before, during, and after pregnancy, (while breast feeding). Except that you'll have to get extra Calcium from another source, and if you really want to play it safe you can always increase your iron intake...but these are minor details. I think that the price is great...even if they are a little more expensive than some of the other prenatal vitamins, they are worth it for the quality, & can you really put a price on having a healthy baby? :) I have been taking these vitamins for a month now, and I haven't suffered from ANY side-effects, at all. Nor have I noticed an after-taste, or any other kind of adverse side effect. They haven't given me heartburn. And they don't cause me to feel sick, or nauseous...which I was worried about, since a lot of women complain that prenatal vitamins *in general* make them feel nauseous. But I haven't had any problems, what-so-ever. And these vitamins contain natural ingredients that will actually help with your morning sickness...so that's a bonus! :) They are a little on the large side, but with all of the healthy nutrients packed into them, I don't really see that as being a bad thing! Plus, as far as I can tell...most prenatal vitamins are large, unless you're taking multiple smaller doses each day. If that's what you're looking for...Rainbow Light has another prenatal vitamin that you can take 6 times a day, & they are smaller. But I haven't had any trouble swallowing these. Some people have mentioned that they have an easier time taking them with Orange Juice, but I haven't had a problem taking them, with whatever I happen to be drinking at the time. And I've taken them with & without food, so that hasn't been an issue either...they don't make me feel sick, either way. They also don't prevent me from sleeping, & the bottom line is that I would highly recommend these, since they have made the whole experience a positive one for me! On a side note, my husband has been taking the Men's One a Day multi-vitamins, also by Rainbow Light, ever since we decided to conceive...since they promote a healthy reproductive system in men. They're a lot smaller than the prenatal vitamins, obviously...& he also hasn't suffered from any side effects. So I would recommend those as well, for those of you who are planning on conceiving anytime in the near future!
