i think i found this at whole foods after an exhaustive survey of all peels and discarding every one that had either alcohol or any ingredient i couldn't pronounce. the list of ingredients on the back of this tube are short, easy to understand: purified water, witch hazel extract, almond meal, potato starch, bentonite clay, apricot kernel oil, vegetable glycerine, kelp extract, cellulose gum, chamomile extract, papaya fruit extract, zinc oxide, glycolic acid, lactic acid, sage extract, lavender oil, allantoin, grapefruit seed extract, jasmine oil, sorbic acid, thyme oil, citric acid. the peel itself is oatmeal colored, very grainy and smells like it's going to work. it tingles a little, you only need to apply a thin layer so it's lasted me a long time, and you wipe it off after it gets hard (about five minutes). once you do, your skin feels baby smooth and completely clean. i'm definitely going to purchase other earth science products!
